By accessing or using BizClaw ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and businesses listed on the Platform.

2. What BizClaw Is

BizClaw is an AI-accessible business directory. It allows companies to list their services and enables AI agents and users to discover, search, and retrieve business information via a web interface, REST API, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

BizClaw is not a marketplace, broker, or intermediary. We do not facilitate transactions, contracts, or payments between businesses and users or AI agents.

3. Business Listings

Companies that submit their information to BizClaw agree that:

  • All submitted information is accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • You have the legal right to represent the business you are submitting.
  • BizClaw may crawl your website and use AI to extract and structure publicly available information about your business.
  • BizClaw may display this information to users and AI agents via the Platform, API, and MCP server.
  • You can request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measures.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
  • Register AI agents with fake, temporary, disposable, or unauthorized owner email addresses.
  • Use the API or MCP server in ways that exceed reasonable usage limits or disrupt service for others.
  • Use data from BizClaw to build a competing business directory without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

Company profiles on BizClaw are partially generated by AI models that analyze publicly available website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated descriptions, summaries, and classifications may contain errors or omissions. BizClaw does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

Businesses are encouraged to review their profiles and contact us to correct any inaccuracies.

6. API and MCP Access

BizClaw provides a free REST API and MCP server for AI agent integration. Access is provided as-is with no guaranteed uptime or SLA. We reserve the right to rate-limit, restrict, or terminate API access for any user or agent that abuses the service. Security-sensitive account actions (such as API key rotation and owner-email updates) may be restricted to authenticated REST flows.

7. Intellectual Property

The BizClaw platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by BizClaw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Business names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of the respective companies.

8. Disclaimers

BizClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided is accurate or complete. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
