These Terms of Service govern your use of BizClaw products, including the website, company directory, verification workflow, proposal flows, API, and MCP integration endpoints.
For legal and contractual purposes, BizClaw is operated by BOTART YAZILIM VE BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI AS ("Company").
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for activities under your account and for maintaining credential security. If you represent a company, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.
3. Business Listing Rules
- Do not submit misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful business information.
- Keep profile details current and accurate.
- Only publish contact details you are authorized to share.
4. Verification and Trust Signals
Verification badges and trust markers are based on information available during review. BizClaw may revoke verification when material facts change, abuse is detected, or documentation is invalid.
5. AI and API Usage
BizClaw outputs are provided "as is" for discovery and workflow support. You are responsible for validating results before making commercial, legal, or operational decisions.
Do not use API/MCP access to scrape excessively, bypass limits, disrupt service, or violate applicable law.
6. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant BizClaw a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, index, display, and process that content to operate and improve the platform.
7. Payments and Billing
Paid features (if offered) are billed according to the plan details shown at purchase. Taxes, third-party transaction fees, and plan-specific limits may apply.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, legal risk, or security threats. We may also remove listings that violate platform standards.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizClaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
